摘要: 目的：探讨微创经皮肾镜取石术（MPCNL）治疗重复肾合并结石的临床应用价值。方法：2009年3月~2012年12月采用MPCNL治疗成人重复肾合并结石患者19例，其中男8例，女11例，平均年龄（30.2±8.8）岁；上位肾结石7例，下位肾结石8例，上下位肾均有结石4例。结石平均直径3.3（2.7~4.1） cm。结果：19例患者均手术成功，其中17例一次性取尽结石；2例有少量结石残留，经二次取石取尽。本组患者均未出现严重手术并发症。结论：MPCNL治疗重复肾合并结石效果良好，具有创伤少、安全可靠的特点。
