    李建兴, 清华大学副教授、主任医师、研究生导师、清华大学附属北京清华长庚医院泌尿外科主任、外科部副部长、中华医学会泌尿外科分会结石学组委员、北京医学会泌尿外科分会副主任委员、北京医学会泌尿外科分会结石学组组长、国际尿石症联盟副主席、中国儿童泌尿系结石协作中心主任、中国医学装备协会第六届理事会理事、中国医学装备协会医用激光装备与技术委员会第一届委员会常委、卫计委内镜诊疗技术管理规范专家组成员、华北结石病防治基地主任委员、中华医学会泌尿外科分会鹿角形结石诊疗指南副主编、华夏科技奖评审委员会委员、《临床泌尿外科杂志》编委、《现代泌尿外科杂志》编委、《微创泌尿外科杂志》编委。从事泌尿外科领域事业近30年。主攻方向:泌尿系结石的微创治疗。擅长疑难复杂 (孤立肾、多囊肾、马蹄肾、异位肾、脊柱畸形、婴幼儿等) 泌尿系统结石的微创治疗, 在我国率先倡导并推广了超声定位经皮肾镜技术, 极大的推动了我国泌尿系结石微创手术的发展。多次应邀前往欧美等国家进行现场手术演示, 显著提高了我国泌尿系结石在国际的影响力。荣获华夏医学科技一等奖1项、中华医学科技奖1项、北京医学科技奖1项。多次参编《中国泌尿外科疾病诊断治疗指南》及其他微创泌尿外科学术著作。以第一或通讯作者发表国内外论文近百篇。E-mail:ljx1@sina.com

Main point of clinical application of flexible ureterscopic surgery

  • 软性输尿管镜手术近些年在我国发展迅速,在泌尿系结石、上尿路肿瘤以及其他疾病的诊断及治疗方面发挥了重要的作用。随着近些年技术的进步,软性输尿管镜配合腔内治疗设备的联合使用出现了一些新模式和新理念,当然也存在一些问题。如何能够更加安全、合理的开展输尿管软镜手术对于初学者来说至关重要。本文将着重对软性输尿管镜手术在我国的现状及手术操作注意事项进行简要的探讨。
