摘要: 目的:总结阴茎疣状癌的临床特点,探究其诊断及治疗方法。方法:回顾性分析我院近10年病理诊断为阴茎疣状癌患者的临床、病理资料。结果:6例患者年龄41~82岁,平均63岁,所有患者均行手术治疗(肿瘤局部切除或阴茎部分切除术),其中1例取腹股沟淋巴结活检。所有患者随访12~60个月,未见肿瘤复发。结论:阴茎疣状癌是一种临床特征鲜明的罕见肿瘤,确诊主要靠病理学检查,手术治疗不宜范围过大,预后良好。

Abstract: Objective:To summarize the clinical characteristics of the penile verrucous carcinoma, and to explore the diagnosis and treatment.Method:We retrospectively analyzed the clinical and pathological data in patients with pathological diagnosis of penile verrucous carcinoma in the recent 10 years.Result:The average age of these six cases was 63 (range, 41-82) years old.All patients were performed surgical treatment (partial tumor resection or partial resection of penis).Among them 1 case of inguinal lymph node biopsies was done.No tumor recurrence was found during the follow-up period of 12-60 months.Conclusion:Penile verrucous carcinoma is a rare tumor with distinctive clinical characteristic and good prognosis.Its diagnosis depends mainly on pathology examination, and surgical resection range should not be too large.
