Research on biological effects of domestic 1.94 μm thulium laser on canine prostate tissue

摘要: 目的:研究国产1.94μm铥激光对犬前列腺组织的汽化、切割等生物学效应,并与进口1.94μm铥激光进行对比。方法:将12只健康的成年雄性犬按照功率为60W、90W、120W随机均分成三组,获取每只犬的新鲜前列腺组织,采用不同功率的国产1.94μm铥激光分别作用于每组的前列腺组织,测量并记录不同功率作用后各观察指标的差异。取4只犬的前列腺组织,每个组织采用60W、90W、120W功率切割后将组织制作病理切片,HE染色,光学显微镜下观察并使用图像处理软件测量切割及热损伤的范围,进行统计学分析。比较90 W功率的条件下,国产1.94μm铥激光和进口1.94μm铥激光切割汽化前列腺组织的效果差异。结果:不同功率的国产1.94μm铥激光作用于前列腺组织引起的反应强度不同,随着功率的增加,切割速度、汽化效率逐渐增加,但是前列腺组织的热损伤范围并没有明显增加。组织学观察可见汽化周围出现碳化,汽化边缘组织呈现空泡,组织的热损伤区域染色加深。在切割速度方面国产1.94μm铥激光和进口1.94μm铥激光分别为(0.73±0.02) mm/s和(0.57±0.02) mm/s,二者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在汽化效率上国产1.94μm铥激光为(10.71±0.37) mg/s,进口1.94μm铥激光为(11.46±0.31) mg/s,二者比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。组织学观察国产1.94μm铥激光在热损伤方面与进口1.94μm铥激光差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:国产1.94μm铥激光对前列腺组织有较强的切割、汽化作用和较浅的热损伤,为临床推广使用提供依据。Abstract: Objective: To research the biological effects of domestic 1.94μm thulium laser on the vaporization and incision of prostate tissue in canine, and compare the difference with imported 1.94μm thulium laser.Method: The 12 healthy adult male dogs were divided into three groups randomly according to the power of 60 W, 90 W, 120 W, and we obtained fresh prostate tissue of each dog using domestic 1.94μm thulium laser with different power acted on prostate tissue of every group respectively.Then we measured and recorded the difference of each observation indexes.The prostate tissue of 4 dogs were taken, and we cut each tissue by 60 W, 90 Wand 120 W.Then pathological sections were made and stained with HE.The samples were observed with optical microscope, and the range of cutting and thermal damage were measured and analyzed by the image processing software.The efficiency between domestic 1.94μm thulium laser and imported 1.94μm thulium laser on the cutting and vaporization under the condition of 90 Wpower was compared.Result: Domestic 1.94μm thulium laser interaction with prostate tissue by different power could cause different reaction intensities, and the more power increased, the more cutting speed and vaporization efficiency increased.However, the range of thermal damage in prostate tissue did not increase significantly.Histological observation showed that the carbonization appeared around the vaporization, vacuolization of the tissue of the vaporized edge was found and stain of the thermal damage zone was deepened.Cutting speed of the domestic 1.94μm thulium laser and the imported 1.94μm thulium laser were (0.73±0.02) mm/s and (0.57±0.02) mm/s, which showed statistical significance (P<0.05).The vaporized efficiency of the domestic 1.94μm thulium laser was (10.71±0.37) mg/s, the imported 1.94μm thulium laser was (11.46±0.31) mg/s, which showed no statistical significance (P>0.05).In histology, there was no significant difference in thermal damage between the domestic 1.94μm thulium laser and the imported 1.94μm thulium laser.Conclusion: Domestic 1.94μm thulium laser has a strong effect on the cutting and vaporization, but little thermal damage, which provided a theoretical basis for clinical application.
