Characteristics of the stone composition in Xiangtan area: primary report of a single-center results

摘要: 目的:分析湘潭地区泌尿系结石患者结石成分组成的差异。方法:对我院2016年1月~2018年12月收治的980例泌尿系结石患者结石成分进行分析。采用内窥镜或开腹手术方法收集泌尿系结石,并进行红外光谱分析。同时分析临床资料,包括患者年龄、性别、地区分布、体重、尿检等。结果:64.80%的结石患者来城市,35.20%来自农村。全部结石包括混合性成分结石474例、单一成分结石506例。51~60岁患者占年龄构成比例最高(30.61%),其次为61~70岁患者(23.78%)及41~50岁患者(18.78%)。结论:本院尿石病患者大部分来自城市。结石成分以草酸钙及碳酸磷灰石为主。男性多于女性,患者年龄主要集中在51~60岁。Abstract: Objective: To analyze variations in urinary stone composition of patients with urolithiasis in Xiangtan, China. Method: We analyzed the components of urinary stones in 980 patients with urolithiasis admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to December 2018. Urinary stones were collected by endoscopic or open surgical procedures and analyzed by infrared spectroscopy. Clinical data including patients' age, sex, geographic distribution, weight and urine tests were also analyzed. Result: There were 64.80% patients from the rural and 35.20% from the urban. All the calculi included 474 cases of mixed components and 506 cases of single component. Patients from 51-60 years of age accounted for the highest proportion(30.61%), followed by 61-70(23.78%) and 41-50(18.78%).Conclusion: Urinary calculi in our hospital are mainly composed of mixed components, the main components of which are calcium oxalate and dahllite. Male patients are more than female patients. The age of patients is mainly concentrated in 51 to 60 years old.
