Application of CT three-dimensional reconstruction combined with 3D printing in laparoscopic nephron-sparing surgery

  • 目的:探讨CT三维重建联合3D打印技术在腹腔镜下肾部分切除手术中的应用价值。方法:我院在2016年10月~2018年12月收治的58例T1期肾肿瘤患者,其中27例术前行CT三维重建并应用3D打印技术打印模型,31例不应用此项技术,比较两种方法的手术时间、热缺血时间、术中失血量、住院时间、肌酐变化等指标。结果:58例手术均成功完成,无中转开放。3D打印组手术时间、热缺血时间较常规组短,差异有统计学意义,两组在术中失血量、切缘阳性率,术前术后肌酐变化等方面比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:3D打印技术可以提高肾部分切除术手术效率,降低手术风险,值得临床推广。
