Advances in transperineal biopsy of the prostate

  • 前列腺活检仍是目前前列腺癌诊断的金标准,而经直肠途径前列腺穿刺活检因其易操作、成本低等优点仍为当前主流。近年来随着越来越多的研究显示出经直肠途径活检有着易漏诊前列腺前尖部肿瘤的缺陷且其感染相关并发症发生率近年来显著升高,人们更多的开始关注经会阴途径前列腺活检。经会阴途径活检有着与经直肠途径相当的阳性率,并可以更好地检出前列腺前尖部肿瘤并评估临床风险。而自由手经会阴前列腺穿刺活检的方式则为克服传统经会阴途径穿刺的缺点提出了新的解决方案。此外,经会阴途径活检在MRI辅助靶向穿刺活检方面亦表现良好。其良好的准确性以及相对于经直肠途径极低的感染风险让越来越多的人开始相信在不远的将来其将成为前列腺穿刺活检的新主流。
