  • 从传统的药物、开放手术,到现在体外冲击波碎石、输尿管硬镜、输尿管软镜、经皮肾镜等微创技术的发展,上尿路结石的治疗已经进入微创时代。在微创时代下,如何提高清石效率、减少术后并发症的发生、减轻患者的痛苦,一直是困扰泌尿外科医生的难题。近年来,我国泌尿外科专业团队通过对输尿管硬镜进行创新改进,发明了硕通镜这一新兴技术设备,它的出现弥补了传统逆行输尿管镜“只碎不排”的弊端。本文将从硕通镜的设备介绍及手术方法、特点和优势、不足、操作经验、与其他手术方式的比较及对特殊类型结石的治疗等方面进行综述,以让更多学者了解硕通镜。
