摘要

摘要: 手术切除是治疗阴茎癌原发病灶的首选方法,然而患者在接受外科手术治疗后,性功能和性生活质量都会受到不同程度的影响。近年来,随着社会生活的进步与发展,术后性功能的恢复也已成为患者与术者共同关注的重点问题,本文着重就性器官的保留方式、术后生理及心理状态、两性关系等影响因素对接受阴茎部分切除术的阴茎癌患者性功能相关问题进行综述。

Abstract: Surgical resection is the preferred method for the treatment of primary lesions of penile cancer. However, after surgical treatment, patients' sexual function and quality of sexual life will be affected to varying degrees. In recent years, with the progress and development of social life, the recovery of postoperative sexual function has become a key issue of common concern for both patients and surgeons. This view focuses on the ways of preservation of sexual organs, physiological and psychological state, sexual relationship and other influencing factors to review the issues related to sexual function after partial penectomy for patients with penile cancer.
