Study on the relationship between bladder cancer and epidermal growth factor gene polymorphism

摘要: 目的:探讨表皮生长因子(EGF)基因多态性与膀胱癌易感性的关系。方法:采用以医院为基础的1:1配对病例对照研究,共纳入190例膀胱癌患者作为病例组,同时选取同性别、年龄(±5岁)与病例匹配的190例健康个体为对照组。通过问卷调查收集研究对象一般情况及生活习惯,采用多重高温连接酶检测反应技术进行基因分型,比较两组基因型分布和等位基因频率,采用条件logistics回归法进行统计分析,分析EGF基因多态性及环境因素与膀胱癌易感性的关系。结果:两组人群的基因型及等位基因频率分布差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。不同基因型的人群发生膀胱癌的风险差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:吸烟和憋尿是膀胱癌发生的危险因素,吃水果和饮用纯净水是膀胱癌的保护因素。EGF rs2302135 AG基因型可能是膀胱癌的保护基因型。Abstract: Objective: To investigate the relationship between bladder cancer susceptibility and epidermal growth factor(EGF) gene polymorphism.Methods: A hospital based 1:1 case-control study was taken. A total of 190 patients with bladder cancer were enrolled as the case group, while 190 healthy individuals matched by same-gender, age(±5 years old) and case were selected as the control group. The general situation and living habits of the subjects were collected through a questionnaire survey. Genotyping was performed by multiple high temperature ligase assays, and the distribution and allele frequency of the two groups were compared. The relationship between EGF gene polymorphism, environmental factors and bladder cancer susceptibility was analyzed.Results: There was no significant difference in genotype and allele frequency distribution between the two groups(P>0.05). There was no significant difference in the risk of bladder cancer among different genotypes(P>0.05).Conclusion: Smoking and bladder control are the risk factors of bladder cancer. Eating fruit and drinking pure water are the protective factors of bladder cancer. EGF rs2302135 AG may be the protective genotype of bladder cancer.
