  • 输尿管软镜碎石术(retrograde intrarenal surgery,RIRS)是肾结石主要的治疗方式之一,具有精准、有效、安全、快速康复等优点。2021年11月,欧洲泌尿外科学会尿石症分会(EULIS)联合国际尿石症联盟(IAU)共同发布了肾结石输尿管软镜碎石术治疗共识,主要针对该手术的围手术期管理、手术技巧和术后随访等内容达成了共识。为了更好地推广和规范RIRS的临床应用,本文将其相关核心内容进行解读。
