    作者简介:

    邢念增,国家癌症中心/中国医学科学院肿瘤医院副院长、泌尿外科主任、教授、主任医师、博士研究生及博士后导师,山西医院总院长。全国政协委员,中国医师协会泌尿外科医师分会会长,中华医学会泌尿外科学分会委员兼副秘书长,中国人体健康促进委员会泌尿肿瘤专业委员会主任委员,《中华泌尿外科杂志》第十届编委会常务委员,The Journal of Urology编委,“百千万人才工程”国家级人才,国家“有突出贡献中青年专家”“国之名医”,首都科技领军人才,享受国务院政府特殊津贴专家。
    擅长泌尿系统肿瘤的诊治及泌尿外科微创手术,多项技术处于国内或国际先进水平。在国际上首次创新性地设计出适宜腹腔镜及机器人手术下构建的“双输入袢顺蠕动原位回肠新膀胱”,被国际同行命名为“邢氏新膀胱”。回肠通道术中,输尿管与回肠吻合的“邢氏技术”因手术简单,并发症少,深受国内外同行的喜爱和推广。国内外发表学术论文300余篇。获中国中西医结合学会科学技术奖一等奖,华夏医学科技奖一等奖,北京市科学技术奖科学技术进步奖二等奖,教育部科学技术奖科学技术进步奖二等奖等省部级以上科技奖10余项。获中华医学会泌尿外科学分会华佗奖,世界华人泌尿外科学会首届创新贡献奖等荣誉。
    主编《膀胱癌精准诊断与治疗》《泌尿外科微创手术图谱》《泌尿外科3D腹腔镜手术荟萃》等,副主编《经自然腔道取标本手术学——腹盆腔肿瘤》《泌尿外科内镜诊疗技术》《膀胱癌诊疗新进展》等学术专著。获中国专利9项,美国专利2项

  • 体腔内尿流改道(ICUD)已由早期的传统腹腔镜操作逐渐发展至机器人辅助腹腔镜手术。ICUD在机器人手术中的推进不仅受益于操作技术的完善和术者经验的积累,还受益于临床研究证据的支持,为ICUD的推广提供了更为夯实的理论和实践基础。本文将从最新循证医学证据出发,结合笔者的操作经验,对ICUD的发展进行更为深入地探讨,以期推动ICUD的微创化进程。
