Research progress of urethral cancer secondary to bladder cancer after radical cystectomy

  • 膀胱癌术后尿道复发在膀胱癌根治联合尿流改道术后总体发生率较低,但会严重影响患者的生活质量和生存周期。因此,提高尿道复发的认知对膀胱癌术后的管理和预后具有重要意义。本文就膀胱癌根治术后尿道复发的发生率、危险因素、诊疗方法和生存结果的研究进展进行综述。
