Research progress on the correlation between HPV infection and bladder cancer

  • 膀胱癌是泌尿系统常见的恶性肿瘤之一。相关研究指出,人乳头状瘤病毒(human papillomavirus,HPV)感染可能与膀胱癌的发生发展有一定的病因相关性。然而,HPV感染与膀胱癌之间的关系仍存在争议和不确定,至今仍未达成共识。因此,本文收集整理相关文献资料,阐述HPV在膀胱肿瘤的致病机制,综述HPV感染与膀胱癌的流行病学和病理特征研究,为膀胱癌的早诊早治提供理论依据和新的思路。
