Ileal conduit for urinary diversion after radical cystectomy: current status and future prospects

摘要: 根治性膀胱切除加盆腔淋巴结清扫术是治疗肌层浸润性膀胱癌和高危非肌层浸润性膀胱癌的金标准。尿流改道是该复杂手术的重要组成部分,回肠通道术操作相对简单易行、安全性好,仍然是目前最常用的尿流改道方式之一。在目前外科技术快速发展的时代背景下,本文将对回肠通道术的应用现状和尿流改道的未来发展再作述评。Abstract: Radical cystectomy with pelvic lymph node dissection with/without neoadjuvant chemotherapy is the gold standard for treating muscle-invasive bladder cancer and high-risk non-muscle-invasive bladder cancer. Urinary diversion is an important part in this complex surgery. Ileal conduit is feasible and safe, so it's currently one of the most widely used urinary diversions. Therefore, in this article we will review and comment again on the current performance of ileal conduit and the future prospects of urinary diversion in the era of rapid development of surgery techniques.
