    杨嗣星,武汉大学人民医院泌尿肾科医院副院长,主任医师,教授,博士生导师。中国抗癌协会泌尿系肿瘤专业委员会委员,中华医学会泌尿外科分会结石学组委员,中国尿结石联盟副主席,中国卫生企业管理协会转化医学产业分会尿路结石防治专家委员会主任委员,中国医药教育协会泌尿外科专业委员会常委,湖北省政府中青年特殊津贴专家,《中华泌尿外科杂志》常务编委。重点从事泌尿系结石的微创治疗,包括经皮肾镜、输尿管硬镜、输尿管软镜技术;前列腺增生的微创治疗,包括等离子电切、等离子及各类激光剜除技术;肾癌、膀胱癌、前列腺癌、肾上腺肿瘤等疾病的诊治和各类泌尿外科腔镜技术。在国内外权威期刊发表相关研究论文100余篇,其中SCI 40余篇。主持及参加国家自然科学基金项目5项。以第一完成人先后获得中华医学会泌尿外科学分会钻石奖、吴阶平泌尿外科医学奖、湖北省科技进步二等奖2项

  • 手术治疗肾结石从开放手术发展到经皮肾镜手术,历经一个多世纪。现今,已经发展到一个崭新的时代,即完全经人体自然腔道手术治疗各种复杂性肾结石。新型一次性电子软性输尿管镜及其对温度和压力传感器的整合、新型激光系统、末端可弯负压鞘和智能控压系统等新型设备带来的高效碎石、主动清石、实时压力监控,将传统输尿管软镜碎石技术推向一个新时代,这个新时代我们称之为极致软镜技术时代。本文就极致软镜技术的内涵、现今实施极致软镜技术的基础、实现极致软镜技术的条件以及极致软镜技术的前景进行阐述和讨论。
