摘要: 目的：探讨后腹腔镜肾蒂淋巴管结扎术治疗乳糜尿的手术方法和疗效。方法：本组20例患者均行后腹腔镜肾蒂淋巴管结扎术。结果：20例患者手术均成功，平均手术时间65（45~90）min，估计术中出血量平均30（20~60）ml，术后平均住院时间8 d，未见明显手术并发症；患者出院时尿液均清亮，尿乳糜试验全部阴性。随访6个月~2年均未见复发。结论：后腹腔镜肾蒂淋巴管结扎术治疗乳糜尿疗效好，具有手术时间短、术中出血量少、淋巴管结扎彻底、术后并发症少、恢复快等优点，是目前治疗乳糜尿较理想的手术方式。

Abstract: Objective: To evaluate the surgical technique and clinical efficacy of retroperitoneal laparoscopic ligation of lymphatic around renal pedicle for chyluria.Method: Twenty cases of chyluria underwent retroperitoneal laparoscopic ligation of renal lymphatic vessels.Result: All cases have been successfully treated with retroperitoneoscopic management. The average operation time was 65(mean 45-90) minutes, the average blood loss was 30(mean 20-60) ml and the average hospital stay after operation was 8 days. Chyluria disappeared in the 20 unilateral cases.No recurrence of chyluria was found during the follow-up of 6 month-2 years.Conclusion: Retroperitoneal laparoscopic ligation of lymphatic around renal pedicle is an effective and efficient procedure and has the advantages of less blood loss, minimal invasion, complete lymphatic vessels ligation,short hospital stay and rapid recovery. So far, it is an ideal surgical procedure for treatment of chyluria.
