摘要

摘要: 观察经闭孔无张力阴道悬吊术（TVT-O）治疗女性压力性尿失禁（SUI）的疗效。方法：回顾性分析28例压力性尿失禁女性患者采用TVT-O治疗的疗效。结果：28例患者均治愈，平均手术时间为（44±12） min，手术失血量为（25±14） ml，术后排尿困难1例，随访2年无复发及吊带侵蚀并发症。结论：经闭孔无张力阴道悬吊术操作容易掌握，疗效好，并发症少是治疗女性压力性尿失禁的有效方法。

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the effect of tension-free vaginal tape-obturator (TVT-O) in treating female stress urinary incontinence (SUI).Methods: The effect of 28 female SUI cases treated TVT-O were analyzed through retrospective study.Results: All of cases were healed without recurrence and urethral erosion followed 2 years,but one case uroschesis.The mean time of operation was (44±12) min;the mean blood loss was (25±14) ml.Conclusions: The TVT-O is simple,safe and effective therapy to treat the female SUI.
