Abstract: Bladder cancer is one of the common malignant tumors of the urinary system. Relevant studies have pointed out that human papillomavirus(HPV) infection may have some etiological correlation with the occurrence and development of bladder cancer. However, the relationship between HPV infection and bladder cancer is still controversial and uncertain, and no consensus has been reached so far. Therefore, this article collects and collates relevant literature, expounds the pathogenic mechanism of HPV in bladder cancer, reviews the epidemiological and pathological characteristics of HPV infection and bladder cancer, in order to provide theoretical basis and new ideas for early diagnosis and treatment of bladder cancer.
