摘要: 目的:探讨经尿道电切电灼术联合吡柔比星治疗女性腺性膀胱炎的方法及疗效。方法:对48例女性腺性膀膀炎患者行经尿道电切加THP膀胱灌注。结果:48例中,临床症状完全消失40例,好转6例,术后复发2例。结论:电切电灼术联合吡柔比星是治疗女性腺性膀胱炎的一种可行有效的方法。

Abstract: Objective:To evaluate the method and result of intravesical instillation of pirarubin (THP) combining with transurethral electrovaporization in the treatment of cystitis glandularis in woman.Methods:48 patients with cystitis glandularis weretreated with instillation pirarubin. After transurethral resection.Results:48 cases were all followed up.The recurrence oceurrde only in 2cases.The clinical symptom of 40 cases disappcarde and 6 of 48 cases were alleviated. Conclusions:Combining of the transurethral electrovaporization and pirarubicin intravesical instillation is effective against local recurrence of female cystitis glandularis.
