摘要

摘要: 经皮肾镜碎石术(PCNL)在我国已得到广泛地开展,在治疗肾结石特别是复杂结石方面得到了很好的应用。但不少医务工作者对并发症的重视程度不足,对并发症的处理较为欠缺。随着技术及研究的进步,并发症较以往明显减少,但严重的并发症仍然不容忽视,因此,对于如何减少并发症的发生显得极为重要。通过对发生原因、影响因素的分析,讨论如何预防及处理PCNL术中及术后可能出现的并发症。通过对文献的总结,认为大部分的PCNL术后并发症能够通过有针对性的预防来减轻或避免,因此建立完善并发症的评价及预测在临床上很有价值。
