摘要: 膀胱癌是人类常见恶性肿瘤之一,具有复发性和多发性特点。膀胱癌的复发和进展与分期、分级有密切关系,不同分期的膀胱癌生物行为有较大差异,治疗上应区别对待。因此,正确的分期和分级是选择合适治疗方法的前提和基础。目前文献中膀胱癌分期差异报道较少,本文着重介绍膀胱癌分期差异产生的来源,以及评价各种分期工具在膀胱癌中的应用,以期使膀胱癌分期更为准确,为患者治疗方法的正确选择提供依据。
