摘要: 目的：评价气压弹道/超声碎石清石系统治疗复杂性膀胱结石的疗效及优点。方法：25例膀胱结石均使用瑞士EMS公司生产的第四代气压弹道超声碎石清石系统进行碎石和清石。结果：全部患者均获得手术成功，手术平均时间25~60 min，平均38 min，总体清石率100%。结论：耻骨上经皮气压弹道联合超声碎石是一种高效、安全的治疗复杂性膀胱结石的方法。

Abstract: Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and benefits of treatment of bladder stones pneumatic and ultrasonic lithotripsy stone clearance system. Method: Twenty-five cases of bladder stones using EMS produced in Switzerland, the fourth generation of pneumatic lithotripsy and ultrasonic lithotripsy stone clearance system for gravel and stone clearance. Result: All patients with successful surgery, the mean operation time was 25-60 minutes, with an average of 38 minutes, the overall stone clearance rate was 100%. Conclusion: The suprapubic skin combining pneumatic and ultrasonic lithotripsy is a highly effective and safe treatment of complicated urinary bladder stones.
