摘要: 目的：报告1例罕见病例，NF1患者同时合并肾上腺节细胞神经瘤，试探讨二者关系，提高疾病诊断率，减少漏诊。方法：1例确诊NF1的青年男性，发现左肾上腺区占位病变，无高血压、低钾等症状，CT占位效应明显，无增强，予手术切除。查阅相关文献，总结规律。结果：术后病理为肾上腺节细胞神经瘤。结论：推测肾上腺节细胞神经瘤可能是NF1全身的局部表现形式之一，对NF1患者进行全身多系统检查非常有必要。
