摘要: 目的：提高对膀胱内异位前列腺的病因及诊治的认识。方法：对我院收治的1例膀胱内异位前列腺患者的临床资料进行回顾、分析，并进行相关文献复习。结果：本例患者因间歇无痛性全程肉眼血尿1年，加重伴排尿困难8天入院，术前诊断膀胱肿瘤，行膀胱部分切除术，术后病理提示符合良性前列腺增生组织；免疫组织化学提示P63+，34βE12+，PSA+，P504s-。结论：膀胱内异位前列腺临床上十分罕见，易误诊为膀胱肿瘤，虽属于良性病变，但仍有发生癌变可能，临床上应排除是否恶变为前列腺癌可能，采取相应的鉴别诊断及治疗措施。
