摘要

摘要: 延迟功能恢复(DGF)是肾移植术后影响移植肾脏和受体长期存活率的常见的并发症,因此,DGF的早期预测、发现和治疗对肾功能保护至关重要。本文将对与DGF有关的重要的预测因素进行综述,拟为临床转化应用提供借鉴。

Abstract: Delayed graft function (DGF) is the common complication that affects the long-term survival of transplanted kidneys and recipients.Thus,the early prediction,detection and treatment of DGF are vital for the protection of the function of transplanted kidneys.This paper will review the important predictive indicators related to DGF,aiming at providing suggestions for the clinical transformational application of these factors.
