摘要: 经皮肾镜取石术(PCNL)已经成为治疗肾脏结石及输尿管上段结石的主要手段。传统PCNL术后引流方式为留置肾造瘘管及输尿管支架管,但这一标准操作也会带来相应的并发症,导致国内外学者对无管化PCNL的研究不断深入。本文对近年来无管化PCNL的治疗现状及研究进展作一综述。Abstract: Percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PCNL) has become a major treatment for kidney stones and upper ureteral calculi.Placement of nephrostomy tube and ureteral stent is the traditional PCNL postoperative drainage way for kidney,but the standard operation also brought the corresponding complications.Thus,it led to the further researches about tubeless PCNL worldwide.In this article,we have reviewed treatment status and research progress in tubeless PCNL in recent years.
