Relationship between the level of IL-2,IL-6,TGF-β1 and reproduction ability in male seminal plasma with varicocele

  • 目的:探讨细胞因子IL-2、IL-6与TGF-β1水平对精索静脉曲张的男性患者生育的影响。方法:检测60例精索静脉曲张的男性患者和20例正常男性精液常规, 同时应用酶联免疫吸附实验 (ELISA) 对两组精浆中细胞因子IL-2、IL-6与TGF-β1水平进行了检测。结果:精索静脉曲张患者精液质量明显低于正常男性, 精索静脉曲张患者精浆中细胞因子IL-2、IL-6和TGF-β1含量均高于正常男性组, 差异均有统计学意义 (P<0.05) 。结论:精索静脉曲张患者精液质量与精浆中细胞因子IL-2、IL-6与TGF-β1水平变化有关, 检测精浆中IL-2、IL-6、TGF-β1的含量可以反映男性精液质量。
