Preliminary discussion about the surgical techniques of laparoscopic partial nephrectomy

摘要: 针对T1期肾癌,多国指南已将肾部分切除术推荐为首选术式。微创技术的不断进步及小肾癌检出率的提高,使得肾部分切除术的地位越来越高。本文围绕肾部分切除术的三要素,即精确切除肿瘤、保护肾功能、减少并发症,通过文献回顾,结合本团队临床实例,对于腹腔镜肾部分切除术(包括普通腹腔镜、3D腹腔镜、机器人腹腔镜等)的手术经验技巧进行总结探讨。Abstract: Partial nephrectomy has been recommended as the standard operation for clinical T1 stage kidney neoplasms by several guidelines.The development of minimally invasive technique and improved diagnosis of small kidney cancer facilitate partial nephrectomy being more important.In the present study, we focused on the “Trifecta”standards of partial nephrectomy (precise tumor excision, renal function protection, complication reduction) and talked about the surgical techniques including traditional laparoscopy, 3D laparoscopy and robot-assisted laparoscopy etc.based on literature review and our own experience.
