摘要: 目的：探讨尿道平滑肌瘤的临床特点及诊治方法，以提高对尿道平滑肌瘤的认识。方法：回顾性分析我院2010~2014年收治的3例尿道平滑肌瘤患者的临床资料，复习相关文献。结果：3例患者均行尿道外口肿物切除，术后病理均为尿道平滑肌瘤。随访至今2例未见复发，1例2次复发。结论：尿道平滑肌瘤无特异性临床表现，手术切除是有效的治疗方法，确诊依赖于术后病理。术后有复发可能，需随访观察。Abstract: Objective: To improve the understanding of urethral leiomyoma by discussing the clinical feature and the treatment of urethral leiomyoma.Method: Three cases of urethral leiomyoma diagnosed and treated in our hospital from 2010 to 2014 were analysed retrospectively and relevant literature was reviewed.Result: Three cases were all performed tumor excision and confirmed as urethral leiomyoma by postoperation pathological examination.Tumor recurrence was developed twice in one case and no tumor recurrence was developed in others.Conclusion: Urethral leiomyoma has no characteristic clinical manifestations and its diagnosis depends on pathological examination.Surgical excision is an effective treatment.The possibility of recurrence exists and follow-up is needed.
