摘要

摘要: 目的:探讨改良加压注水尿道结石回推技术处理后尿道结石的安全性和疗效。方法:回顾性分析2016年1月~2017年10月我院30例经改良的加压注水尿道结石回推技术处理的后尿道结石患者的临床资料,年龄21~50岁,平均(41.2±8.7)岁;结石大小平均12mm×10mm。嵌顿时间3h~2周。结果:30例后尿道结石均成功回推入膀胱,回推过程中无明显尿道损伤和滴血。随访1~6个月,未见泌尿生殖道感染和尿道狭窄。结论:改良加压注水尿道结石回推技术处理后尿道结石简便、安全、有效,能迅速解除尿道被结石嵌顿导致的梗阻和疼痛,并使结石的下一步治疗更便利。

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of dealing posterior urethra calculus with improved water-push-back technique.Method: From January 2016 to October 2017, there were 30 posterior urethra calculus patients who accepted improved water-push-back treatment in our hospital.All the clinical data of the 30 patients were studied retrospectively.There were 30 patients whose age was from 21 to 50, with the average age of (41.2±8.7) years old.The average size of the calculus was 12 mm×10 mm.Time of incarceration was 3 hours to 2 weeks.Result: Thirty cases of posterior urethra calculus were successfully pushed back into the bladder with improved water-push-back technique.The amount of water injection was 50-100 ml.During operation, the pain score was 2-5 points, with an average of 3.1.There was no urethral injury or bleeding during the process.After 1-6 months of follow-up period, there was no urogenital tract infection or urethral stricture.Conclusion: Dealing posterior calculus with improved water-push-back technique is convenient, safe and effective.It can rapidly relieve the obstruction and pain caused by urethral calculus incarceration, and facilitate the next step of treatment.
