  • 精子DNA碎片(SDF)是近年来国内外生殖医学领域研究的热点,随着大量实验研究和临床研究的开展,SDF对于男性生殖能力具有重大影响已成为学术界的共识。但是,SDF产生机制不明确,治疗手段也较为有限,同时关于SDF的众多问题仍然存在较大争议,本文从SDF的产生机制、临床意义、检测方法和治疗手段4个方面对SDF的发展及应用现状予以综述,以利于对SDF进一步的深入研究。
