Advances in robot-assisted/laparoscopic intracorporeal urinary diversion

  • 随着腹腔镜及机器人设备及微创技术的发展, 近年机器人辅助/腹腔镜下体腔内尿流改道 (ICUD) 应用显著增多。目前研究表明ICUD创伤更小、胃肠道并发症更少, 有望成为国内外大型医疗中心首选的尿流改道手术方式。因此, 本文对机器人辅助/腹腔镜下ICUD技术现状作一述评。
