Four case report of successful microsurgical replantation in the treatment of penile amputation and literature review

摘要: 目的:探讨男性生殖器官完全离断伤显微再植的治疗方法及效果。方法:4例阴茎完全离断伤患者行显微手术治疗,观察其术后排尿、皮肤感觉、勃起功能恢复情况。结果:4例患者均再植成功,无皮肤坏死,排尿正常,勃起功能正常,随访中无尿瘘、尿道狭窄等并发症,患者取得了满意的临床疗效。结论:阴茎完全离断的显微再植治疗是目前阴茎离断伤的首选治疗方法。Abstract: Objective: To evaluate the treatment and clinical efficacy of the microsurgical replantation in the treatment of penile amputation.Method: Four cases whose penile were completely disrupted underwent microsurgical treatment, and their postoperative urination, skin sensation, erectile function recovery were observed.Result: Four patients were replanted successfully without skin necrosis, and their normal urination and erectile function were found.During the follow-up period patients achieved satisfactory clinical efficacy without urinary fistula, urethral stricture or other complications.Conclusion: Microsurgical replantation in the treatment of penile amputation is the preferred treatment of penile injury.
