Application of autologous tissue in ureteric reconstruction

  • 本文对自体组织在输尿管修复重建手术中的应用进行了总结。目前,应用最广泛的自体组织包括回肠、阑尾、结肠、颊黏膜、舌黏膜以及腹膜等。在应用自体组织修复病变输尿管时,应评估输尿管病变的病因、位置、长度以及自体组织移植物的条件,结合术者经验,进而制定个体化的手术方案。自体组织输尿管修复重建手术应做到输尿管替代材料血供充足,无张力、不漏水吻合。肠道组织以及口腔黏膜是目前应用最广泛的自体组织,相应的技术日趋完善,并发症少。
