Research progress in radical nephroureterectomy combined with lymph node dissection in upper tract urothelial carcinoma

摘要: 上尿路尿路上皮癌(upper tract urothelial carcinoma，UTUC)是尿路上皮肿瘤中少见的疾病，根治性肾输尿管切除术(radical nephroureterectomy，RNU)加膀胱袖状切除术是目前治疗UTUC的金标准，但是否同期行淋巴结清扫(lymph node dissection，LND)仍存有争议，因此本文就LND在UTUC中的意义、范围、数量、并发症等方面的研究进展作一综述。Abstract: Upper tract urothelial carcinoma(UTUC) is a rare disease in urothelial tumors, and the radical nephroureterectomy and bladder cuff excision is the gold standard for UTUC. But it is still controversial whether lymph node dissection(LND) should be performed at the same time. This article reviews the research progress in LND regarding the significance, scope, quantity and complications in surgical treatment of UTUC.
