摘要

摘要: 目的：报告1例肾门部肾脏神经鞘瘤患者的诊治经过，探讨其诊断及治疗选择，为罕见病例的治疗提供借鉴和指导。方法：分析1例肾门部肾神经鞘瘤患者的临床资料及诊治经过，查阅文献并进行分析讨论。结果：结合病史、查体及辅助检查结果，术前考虑该患者肾脏肿瘤诊断明确，行后腹腔镜左肾根治性切除术，术后患者恢复良好出院，病理证实为左肾神经鞘瘤。结论：肾门部肾神经鞘瘤为泌尿外科罕见病例，对肾门部肾脏神经鞘瘤行后腹腔镜肾根治性切除术是可选术式。在确保手术安全的前提下，能最大程度减少创伤，改善疾病预后及患者生活质量。

Abstract: Objective: Report 1 case of central renal neurolemmoma, evaluate its treatment strategy and diagnosis, provide initial experience and guidance to the rare cases.Method: Based on review of literatures, clinical manifestation, diagnosis and treatment strategy of this case were analyzed and discussed.Result: After the conclusive diagnosis of central renal neurolemmoma, retroperitoneal laparoscopic radical nephrectomy were performed successfully. The patient discharged 1 week later with satisfactory postoperative recovery. Pathological diagnosis confirmed a left renal neurolemmoma.Conclusion: To those special cases of giant renal neurolemmoma with vena caval tumor embolus, retroperitoneal laparoscopic radical nephrectomy is available, reasonable and effective. On the premise of ensuring operation safety, the treatment could minimize the wound, improve the prognosis of the disease as well as the patients' quality of life.
