摘要: 目的：分析宫内节育环异位至膀胱并形成结石的机制，探讨其诊断、治疗及预防措施。方法：回顾性分析3例节育环异位至膀胱并形成结石患者的临床资料：诊断主要依据病史、B超、骨盆平片、CT、MRI及膀胱镜检查。1例通过内镜碎石取环，2例开放手术取石取环。结果：3例均成功碎石取环。术后恢复良好，随访3~6个月未出现尿漏等并发症。结论：本病重在预防；内镜为其首选治疗方法。
