摘要: 输尿管支架管在临床上的运用至今有近30年的历史。如今,输尿管支架管已成为泌尿外科不可缺少的一部分,被广泛应用于临床。虽然现在制作工艺、材料选择不断改进,但在临床上仍有很多患者留置输尿管支架管后出现尿频、尿急、尿痛、夜尿增多、尿不尽感等并发症;长期留置输尿管支架管后出现支架管移位、支架管断裂、支架管结垢、结石形成、肾积水、肾功能损害等。因此,有很多泌尿外科医师对留置支架管后出现反流、支架管对上尿路尿液引流的影响、支架管是否有利于排石、输尿管支架管对输尿管蠕动的影响、长期留置输尿管支架管对肾功能的影响、留置支架管后肾输尿管的病理改变等作了一些研究。本文就留置输尿管支架管后对上尿路的影响作一综述。
