摘要

摘要: 目的:探讨回顾腔内泌尿系结石术后尿源性脓毒血症特点及病程。方法:对既往曾行腔内泌尿结石术后发生脓毒血症患者特点诊疗过程进行回顾性分析。结果:尿源性脓毒血症起病进展快,症状重,需及时干预治疗。结论:尿源性脓毒血症术前不易预料,难以完全预防,术中仔细操作及术后及时观察诊疗病情为必须。

Abstract: Objective:To analyze the process of urosepsis after urinary tract calculi endoscopy surgery.Method:6 patients with urosepsis were reviewed.Result:Urosepsis from manipulation of the urinary tract during stone surgery can be catastrophic,it should be treated on time.Conclusion:It's hard to predict and prevent urosepsis.It is necessary to manipulate carefully in the surgery.The patients should be monitored during perioperative period.
