    史本康,教授,博士生导师,山东大学齐鲁医院泌尿外科主任,泰山学者特聘专家。目前担任国家卫健委微创与腔镜全国考评委员会泌尿科专业委员会副主席、中国医师协会男科学分会专家指导委员会副组长、中国医师协会男科和性医学分会副会长、中国抗癌协会男性生殖系统肿瘤专业委员会副主任委员、中国人体健康促进会泌尿肿瘤分会副主任委员、中国医师协会中西医结合泌尿外科专家委员会副主任委员、中国临床肿瘤学会前列腺癌专家委员会副主任委员、中国临床肿瘤学会前列腺癌诊疗指南副主编、中国初级卫生保健基金会泌尿外科专业委员会副主任委员、中国医师协会泌尿外科分会常委兼膀胱癌协作组副组长、中国中药协会男科药物研究分会副主任委员、中国老年保健协会盆底医学委员会副主任委员等职务。擅长泌尿男生殖系肿瘤、前列腺疾病、膀胱功能障碍性疾病的诊治和微创手术,现主持20余项国家级、省级课题,在国内外杂志发表文章100余篇。先后获得科技部恩德思医学科技奖内镜微创名医奖,全国优秀科技工作者、中国内镜与微创百位名医、中华医学会泌尿外科学分会感染与炎症领域“神农氏奖”,山东省智库高端人才, 第四届“国之名医”等称号,3次以第一位获山东省科技进步奖

Application selection of minimally invasive surgical methods for benign prostatic hyperplasia in Chinese patients

  • 良性前列腺增生是老年男性患者常见的良性疾病,对于药物等保守治疗效果不佳的患者,前列腺微创手术是治疗良性前列腺增生的有效方式。随着医疗技术的进展,微创手术方式越来越多,包括经尿道前列腺电切术、经尿道前列腺激光手术、前列腺热蒸汽消融术、前列腺动脉栓塞术、前列腺支架置入术等多种手术方式。本文对前列腺增生微创手术进行总结,尤其是对于中国前列腺增生患者目前可选择的治疗方式进行了总结和评述。
