Clinical observation of balloon dilation combined with holmium laser in the treatment of 21 ureteral stenosis patients

摘要: 目的：探讨球囊扩张联合输尿管镜钬激光内切开治疗输尿管狭窄的临床效果。方法：对21例输尿管狭窄的病例，行球囊扩张联合输尿管镜钬激光内切开术治疗，同时处理合并的输尿管结石。结果：21例患者总有效率95%，其中治愈率80.9%、好转率14.2%，1例无效；随访6个月，合并的输尿管结石粉碎后均排出。结论：球囊扩张联合输尿管镜钬激光内切开是治疗输尿管狭窄的首选方法，具有效果满意、创伤小、恢复快和安全等优点。Abstract: Objective: To evaluate therapeutic effect of balloon dilation combined with holmium laser endoureterotomy through ureteroscope in the treatment of ureteral stenosis.Method: Balloon dilation combined with holmium laser endoureterotomy were performed in 21 patients with ureteral stenosis, and some cases complicated with ureteral calculus were treated at the same time.Result: In the 21 patients, the total effective rate was 95%. Among them,the cure rate was 80.9%, the alleviate rate was 14.2%, and one case was failed. All the patients were followed up for 6 months, the ureteral calculus were all cleaned.Conclusion: Balloon dilation combined with holmium laser endoureterotomy can be the preferred method for the treatment of ureteral stenosis, and it is effective, less invasive,early resumption and safe.
