A case of duplex system ureterocele associated with multiple calculi and review of literature

摘要: 目的：讨论输尿管囊肿的发生、诊断及其内镜治疗。方法：报道1例输尿管囊肿囊内多发结石伴同侧重复肾输尿管畸形病例的诊治，并复习这一疾病的相关文献。结果：输尿管囊肿是一种先天性畸形疾病，泌尿系B超、静脉泌尿系造影（IVP）、膀胱镜三者结合诊断符合率高，内镜治疗可有效的解除输尿管梗阻和控制术后膀胱输尿管反流（vesicoureteral reflux， VUR）的发生。结论：输尿管囊肿诊断并不困难，内镜治疗以其安全有效性已成为输尿管囊肿首选治疗方式。Abstract: Objective: To discuss the occurrence, diagnosis and endoscopic management of ureterocele.Method: Describing and reporting the diagnosis and treatment of a case of ureterocele associated with ipsilateral duplex system and multiple calculi. The literatures regarding this condition had been reviewed and discussed.Result: Ureterocele is a congenital malformation disease; urinary tract type-B ultrasonic, IVP, cystoscope combined with high diagnostic accuracy, Endoscopic therapy can effectively remove ureteral obstruction and control the occurrence of postoperative vesicoureteral reflux (VUR).Conclusion: Ureterocele diagnosis is not difficult. Endoscopic therapy with its security effectiveness has become the first choice for treatment of ureterocele.
