摘要: 目的：观察帕瑞昔布钠用于经皮肾镜碎石术患者术后镇痛的临床效果及不良反应。方法：选择硬膜外麻醉下行择期经皮肾镜碎石手术患者60例，随机均分为两组。手术结束前分别静注帕瑞昔布钠40 mg（P 组）或等容生理盐水（C 组）。用视觉模拟评分法（VAS 评分）分别对两组患者术后2、4、8、12、24 h 进行疼痛评分，并观察记录患者恶心、呕吐等不良反应以及患者对镇痛的满意程度。结果：术后12 h内P组患者的VAS评分明显低于C组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。两组患者胃肠道副反应无显著差异，P组患者术后满意度明显高于C组（P<0.05）。结论：经皮肾镜碎石术患者术后静注帕瑞昔布钠40 mg具有良好的术后镇痛效果，而且不良反应的发生率低，患者满意度高。

Abstract: Objective: To observe the postoperative analgesic effect of parecoxib sodium in patients with percutaneous nephrolithotomy.Methods: A total of 60 patients undergoing selective percutaneous nephrolithotomy under epidural anesthesia were randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases each.Group P received perecoxib sodium 40 mg i.v.just before the end of operation,and Group C received equal volume of normal saline.The analgesic effect was assessed by visual analog scale (VAS) at 2,4,8,12,24 h postoperatively.Results: The VAS score of group P within 12 h postoperatively were significantly lower than that in group C (P<0.05).Conclusions: Intravenous injection of Parecoxib sodium 40 mg could effectively reduce postoperative pain in patients undergoing percutaneous nephrolithotomy.
