摘要: 肾出血是经皮肾镜取石术（PCNL）比较常见的和严重的并发症之一。我们对近几年的文献进行综述，认识PCNL并发出血的影响因素和常见原因，探讨如何预防和治疗PCNL导致的肾出血。

Abstract: Renal hemorrhage is a common and serious complication of percutaneous nephrolithotomy. The related literatures in recent years were reviewed and discussed in order to investigate the common risk factors and reasons for percutaneous nephrolithotomy complicated with renal hemorrhage. Thus such complication can be effectively cured and prevented.
