摘要: 腔内激光治疗良性前列腺增生 (BPH) 以其安全、简捷、无出血、恢复快等优点在国内外得到广泛应用。自上世纪90年代以来, 国内泌尿外科界不断积极学习、引进、开展激光治疗BPH技术, 使各种激光设备和激光手术技巧在激光BPH的治疗中呈现蓬勃发展与创新优化的可喜态势。本文通过回顾各种激光治疗BPH的历史与进展, 并对国内BPH激光治疗的应用、创新与优化做一概述。Abstract: Laser technology of BPH is widely used in the world because of its safety, simplicity, and less blood loss and other advantages.Since 1990 s, the domestic urology colleagues continue to actively learn, introduce, and carry out laser technology of BPH.A variety of laser equipment and laser surgeries are booming, so that innovative optimization of the gratifying situation in laser treatment of BPH can be seen.In this paper, the applications, innovation and optimization of laser treatment of BPH are discussed according to the history and advance of this techonology worldwide.
