Chinese experts consensus on the application of negative pressure technology in ureteroscopy for upper urinary tract stones (2023)

摘要: 负压技术联合输尿管镜碎石取石术处理上尿路结石获得越来越多的应用。为更好地规范及推广该项技术,由中华医学会泌尿外科学分会结石学组、中国泌尿系结石联盟牵头,邀请国内泌尿外科结石领域专家,在参考国内外输尿管镜碎石取石术应用指南的基础上,结合国内外应用负压技术的实践应用和临床经验,共同编写了本共识。Abstract: The combination of negative pressure technology and ureteroscopy for stone fragmentation and retrieval is increasingly being used in the treatment of upper urinary tract stones. In order to standardize and promote this technology, the Calculi Group of Chinese Urology Association and Chinese Urological Stone Alliance jointly compiled this consensus, with input from domestic experts in the field of urological stones. Based on domestic and international guidelines for the application of ureteroscopy for stone fragmentation and retrieval, as well as practical application and clinical experience with negative pressure technology, this consensus was developed.
